Returns Policy

 We offer 100% money back guaranteed on all products that are defective or damaged upon arrival. After 14 days from when customer received the product, return, exchange and refund eligibility will no longer be available.

    • Please send an e-mail with order number to support@mypetfriendshop.com for refund, return and exchange processes. We reply within 1-2 business days.

Eligibility 

  • Items eligible for return, exchange and refund must be unused and in the same condition that the customer received it. It must be in the original packaging. 
  • Defective, damaged, or wrong items shipped upon arrival are eligible for exchange, return and refund.
  • Customers must show proof of purchase and damages of the ordered items, in order to qualify for refund or exchange. Buyers is responsible for return shipping fees. 
  • MyPetFriend Shop cannot give refund if the product is not deliverable or if customers enter wrong shipping information. 
  • Sales items are final and are not eligible for refund. Please contact us If you are unhappy with the item, we will do everything we can to make things right.
  • If you are qualified for item returns and refunds, PetFriends will send email notification of the refund process, and funds will return to your original payment method account. Please allow 3-5 business days for funds to appear back into your bank account.
